Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Whitehouse Infra located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in the real estate industry is a required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Salary- 20k-40k/ month (depending on candidate)
