A HR Development Executive responsible for helping a company in tie-up with other companies and getting the resourced placed..
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact & reach out to company HR's/HR department for tie ups & collaboration
- Conduct research to identify potential partners and determine their compatibility with the company's goals and values.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that partnerships align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on the progress.
- Understand the company's services and be able to explain them to customers
- Respond to students/HR inquiries through various channels including email & Phone,
Qualifications :
- Strong English communication skills.
- We prefer around 1+ year of Experience in any field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify potential opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills & Email etiquette.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate should be friendly in nature.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 18,000.00 - 28,000.00 per month
