Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Vadodara. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR administration tasks on a day-to-day basis. The role requires prior experience in hiring medical representatives or pharma hiring for at least 2 years. Additionally, the candidate should know about PF, ESI, payroll management, and human resources software integration.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices

- Experience in HR management and the ability to develop and implement HR policies

- Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation packages

- Experience in personnel management and employee relations

- Prior experience in hiring medical representatives or in pharma hiring for at least 2 years

- Knowledge of PF, ESI handling, payroll management, and human resources software integration
