Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Springfield Properties in Bengaluru. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Personnel Management expertise
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience with HR software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, etc.)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine job descriptions
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress
• Stay up to date on hiring trends and innovative recruitment strategies
