job Description: Part-time HR Specialist (Should be able to speak in Telugu and Kannada)

Location: Work from Home (WFH)

Team: Manage a team of Lawyers & Salespeople

Regions Covered: The team will be based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Dehradun and Faridabad

We are a dynamic and growing organization head quartered in Gurgaon focused on building a robust team of 25 legal and sales professionals across India. Our aim is to provide top-notch services and build a strong presence in the legal and sales domains. To achieve this, we are looking for a dedicated part-time HR specialist who is proficient in both Telugu and Kannada.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

-Source, screen, and interview lawyer and sales team candidates.

-Conduct backgroundand reference checks.

-Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the team.

Team Management:

-Manage and support a team of 25 lawyers and sales professionals.

-Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

-Implement and oversee team-building activities and professional development programs.

HR Administration:

-Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

-Handle employee grievances, disputes, and conflict resolution.

Communication:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries for the Bangalore and Hyderabad teams.

-Facilitate effective communication within the team and with the management.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Telugu and Kannada (both written and spoken).

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment and team management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Salary - (15k - 20k )CTC Per Month
