Job Description

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR to join our team. The HR will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization, including recruitment life cycle (both IT and non-IT positions), employee relations, performance management, training and development. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for talent.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews.

Collaborate with hiring team to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.

Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruiting.

Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs for employees and managers.

Support the development of career paths and succession plans to promote employee growth and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in both IT and non-IT domains.

Strong understanding of technology concepts and terminology, with the ability to effectively screen technical candidates.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization..

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

Certification in HR or recruitment (optional but preferred).
