Brief Position Description:
The Human Resource Coordinator is primarily responsible for the Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient running of the function. Maintaining employment records, and compiles statistics for various HR management reports. To provide human resources management services to assist in maintaining and efficiently utilizing the company's human resources. Work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Bachelors/ Postgraduate / master's in human resources. Minimum 2 Years in
HR Generalist exposure in corporate environment. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word
and Excel. Personal integrity and respect for Confidential information. Self-organized
and methodical. Sense of urgency ability to assess and meet priorities through good
time management. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High level of initiative
and ability to work independently. Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic
environment. Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
. Coordinate the new starter, separation and employee change processes, and ensure all steps are taken in the required time frame.
. Provide administrative and helpdesk support for Performance Management and another HR systems.
. Provide support in compensation, benefits and engagement activities.
. Assist with generating various Human Resources reports, including maintaining
organizational charts.
. Provide general administration support to the Human Resources team as
required with ad hoc projects.
. May maintain or ensure the maintenance of up-to-date position descriptions for
the organization.
. Sending out Employee Agreement to Selected Candidates.
. Creating New Employee records and Updating HRIS System
. Completing Onboarding task list and coordinating with them for completion for new starter forms.
. Updating monthly payroll tracker. . Drafting HR /employee changes/promotion letters updating them in Bamboo, system admins and payroll tracker.
. Maintain records of personnel-related data.
. Handling Offboarding by providing the termination /resignation / reliving letters. Updating the same in ATS and payroll tracker.
. Updating the personal details in HRIS System for Indian EE.
. Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and help.
. Redirecting HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
. Liaise with other departments or functions.
