Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Orientation:
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
Coordinate orientation programs, providing new employees with essential information about company culture, policies, and procedures.
HR Operations Support:
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure seamless execution of HR operations.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of various HR functions, including but not limited to benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
Process Coordination:
Facilitate effective communication between HR departments and employees, addressing and resolving any operational issues.
Maintain up-to-date HR records and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and suggest improvements to HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Stay informed about HR best practices and trends, applying innovative solutions to streamline operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in HR operations or a related role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting team goals and enhancing employee experiences.
