This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Invenzee Buildcap Fintech Private Ltd in Indore. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
