Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at HOUSE OF TRAVELLERS in Delhi. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring HR compliance on a day-to-day basis.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

-Source and screen potential candidates through various channels.

-Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.

-Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrolment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
• Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Experience in HR practices and procedures
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
