This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist (Freshers MBA) at Zero Brokerage Realty in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee benefits

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Freshers with an MBA in Human Resources Management or related field are preferred
