Profile :
We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Executive to manage various HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and administrative responsibilities. The HR Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting the development of a positive company culture, and maintaining an effective workforce.
Responsibilities :
- Source potential candidates through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and application forms, conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
- Administer and evaluate candidate assessments, including numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
- Advertise job openings on the company's career page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and manage job offer communications, including responding to queries about compensation and benefits.
- Track HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire; participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring their smooth integration into the company.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary distribution, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage employee attendance records and leave applications, ensuring all payroll-related documentation is up to date.
- Support employee relations by addressing queries, providing information on policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and HR-related events.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Oversee office administration tasks such as answering calls, arranging appointments, and managing office supplies.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll administration, and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
