Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a three-month role as a human resources intern at Aspireit. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for tasks related to HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing top talent through various platforms and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with team managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Implement HR branding strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Gain exposure to recruitment for technical roles such as AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and NLP Specialists.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely and efficient communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Collect and verify candidate documents to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Conduct candidate research and mapping, identifying those who meet job requirements and fit the company culture.
