50% - Talent Acquisition
50% - Generalist Role- Complete Employee Life Cycle
Ideal Candidate
- Must have excellent communication to be able to manage the stakeholders.
- Must have hands-on experience in hiring candidates for Mid-Level & above
- Must have hired and built high-performing teams (with the help of agencies & social media platforms)
- Must be able to work on KRAs & KPIs formulating & evaluating
- Drive Performance Management System
- Responsible for Payroll, Employee Engagement Activities
- Coordinate for Statutory Compliance with Consultant
- Must have handled complete employee life cycle
- Intervene & discuss for the OD whenever & wherever required
- Develop & maintain a strong culture in the organization
