Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Representative at InternsVeda in Tirupati. The HR Representative will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies knowledge
• Experience in handling Employee Benefits and Employee Relations
• Familiarity with the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
