Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Human Resources Recruiter at Zerovaega Technologies. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals for various positions within the company. They will also collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience in IT recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
