Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter at Serve HR Private Limited in Thane. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing recruitment processes to fulfill the staffing needs of the company. Besides this will also include HR activities of Salary Processing, Attendance Management, Employee engagement, Posting on Linkedin, etc.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience in payroll management
- Tech-Savy with Social Media - Linkedin & Twitter
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
