Human Resources Recruiter

Ahava Services is a certified Salesforce consulting partner headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

We are looking for a passionate and talented Human Resources personnel to join our growing team and they will play a leading role in the HR and Recruitment efforts.

This is a full-time role with remote option.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks

- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications

- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings

- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates

- Manage the onboarding process, including employee orientation and training development

- Handle employee communications and HR needs

- Administer and maintain the HRIS

- Ability to work during USA hours

Qualifications:

- Five plus years experience in HR/Recruiter roles

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

- Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
