The job involves management of Salary and compensation, HR Policy, Industrial Relations, labour law compliances, Legal department, General Administration work Commercials and Statutory Compliance of Contractors/Vendors of HO and all Branches
Responsibilities
HR & HSE Related:
Management of timekeeping and Compensation Management
Recruitment for Ports & Container Terminals
Budgeting and Costing
Coordination of Recruitment
Coordination of Induction and Training
Performance Appraisal
Local Liaison with various Labor offices
General Administration of the Branch
Management of Transport and Canteen
Estate Management
Legal & IR Related
- Overseeing of legal issues of the Company
- Liaison with various Government Authorities
- Negotiation with Unions and Labour Contracts
- Handling all legal matters of the Group
Admin
- All Admin work of Corporate office
- Insurance Management
- Estate management
Skills Required
Knowledge of labor laws & Liaisoning with Local authorities & Gov. Bodies
HR, Payroll and Recruitment Management Software knowledge
Negotiation with Union & Contractor
Good Communication Skills: Gujarati, Hindi, English
Computer Proficiency
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Age Limit
Below 45 years, Preferably Male Candidate.
Compensation
