Key Responsibilities:
1.HR Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record management.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
2.Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Address and resolve employee issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3.Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and reports, including employee data, attendance, and performance metrics.
4.Performance Management:
- Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
5.HR Systems and Technology:
- Manage and optimize HR systems and technology to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of HR software and tools.
6.Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to support employee development and compliance.
- Facilitate and/or deliver training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
7.HR Projects:
- Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR initiatives and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Approximately 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
