  • Training & development
  • Lead the reporting of employment metrics
  • Reference checks & Back Ground Verification,
  • Referral Policy & Process
  • End to end lifecycle management of employees
  • Employee Communication
  • Implementing HRIS & PMS systems

Minimum Education MBA-HR

Work Experience 16 years - 20 Years

Industry Exposure Required

Proven track record of a people manager, strong on data analysis, strong understanding of

policy procedures, ability to think outside the box, Solution centric approach

Skill Set:

Policies, policy , HRIS, employee welfare, employee grievances, employee engagement, reward, recognition, orientation, life cycle , HR Operations , generalist , hrbp , compliance ,

Skill to Evaluate:

IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies MS Office, worked on HRIS tools.
