Payroll Processing and Accuracy:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and other compensation-related payments, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Compliance with Tax and Labor Laws:
- Stay updated with relevant tax laws, labor regulations, and government guidelines to ensure payroll processing complies with all applicable legal and statutory requirements.
Data Management:
- Extensive Hands on experience with Excel and Payroll software. Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including deductions, overtime, leave balances, and benefits, while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
HR Operations Support:
- Assist in other HR operational tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, attendance management, and employee queries to ensure smooth HR processes.
Experience: 1-4 Year
sEducation: Preferably Post Graduate/MBA OR B.tech
