ROLE: Human Resources Operations Manager

As the HR Operations Manager, you will deploy your skills to initiate, organize and drive programs and projects to completion. You are the leader that will take programs and projects from strategy to execution. You will take the lead in planning and managing implementations across business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for HR operations and Employee Relations.

Implement new policies, procedures, and programs in support of Business

Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the HR

Business Partner in conducting necessary investigations.

Create and prepare a people and culture scorecard with analysis and insights for rigorous measurement to demonstrate tangible evidence of improvement and progress.

Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, including- analyzing Exit interviews, observing trends and highlighting important aspects, preparing and publishing dashboards

Drive engagement initiatives like the New hire Buddy/ mentoring program, Voice of Employee, Round tables and Brown Bag sessions, and R&Rs

Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and perspective, demonstrating the common processes and consistent messaging.

Coach individual managers on growing management capabilities.

Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and people ask

Assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hypergrowth and the need to scale

Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and to the executive on corporate-wide talent initiatives

Deliver short-term solutions while also solving long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes

Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives

Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies and actions comply with Statutory regulations by government / non-government bodies. Manage, Own, and Maintain all communication and records required for Statutory compliance

Own/formulate HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm. Qualifications we seek in you!

QUALIFICATION:

Masters in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience

7+years of working experience fast phased start-ups with MBA in HR.

Exposure to multi-state and international employment laws.

Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management

Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environment

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

MBA or Master's Degree in HR/Social Work/ from B schools

Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently

Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently

Ability to work at all levels of the HR stack - Strategic, operational, and tactical
