Job Profile: Human Resources Operations Manager
The HR Operations & Admin Specialist is responsible for managing and streamlining HR processes, ensuring efficient administrative support, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role focuses on operational excellence across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain HR systems and tools, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
Onboarding process, including pre-employment documentation and induction program setup.
Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
Act as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related queries.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage office administration, including vendor coordination and facility management.
Maintain employee records and documents, ensuring data privacy and security.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho, or similar).
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Mumbai
Salary: 6 LPA to 7 LPA
