Overview
The Human Resources Operations position is of great importance within the organization as it is responsible for overseeing and implementing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the overall growth and efficiency of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, including performance evaluations and salary benchmarking
- Monitor and maintain HRIS and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Provide support for HR-related inquiries and issues, serving as a resource for employees and management
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR processes and documentation align with legal requirements
- Collaborate with management to identify and address talent development and training needs
- Participate in the development and implementation of organizational strategies related to HR operations
- Manage employee separations, including conducting exit interviews and handling offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying informed of any changes that may impact HR operations
- Prepare and analyze HR data and reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to drive effective HR operations
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for HR-related services and programs
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in HR processes and workflows

Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations located in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, Employee relations, HR compliance and implementing HR policies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations and management
Proficiency in employee relations and HR policies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
MBA in Human Resources or related field
Certification in HR management is a plus
2+ Years of experience in HR Operations
