Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Officer at VDM-POWER PVT LTD located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for various HR tasks and responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Officer or similar position
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices
