About Human Resources:
The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.
Key Responsibilities
. Coordinating with internal departments such as HR, Business, IT, etc.
. Managing, coordinating, and reconciling various administration tasks for the Recruitment Team
. Collecting, compiling and maintaining Recruitment data/information on action items, matters requiring follow-up, and providing status to Recruiter/ manager
. Maintain and update data repositories for MIS purpose
. Preparing and sending information reports to the stakeholders whenever required
. Create, maintain and publish MIS everyday with the team
. Support with Recruitment projects undertaken by the department
. Reporting data to reporting authority on daily basis, maintaining flawless MIS
