Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Zaroori Retail in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Experience in retail or eCommerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification is preferred
