Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Workassist in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. The role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies and programs.

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
