Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and employment processes, managing HR initiatives and programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the role involves developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent to meet organizational needs.

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations skills
• HR Program Management and Compliance knowledge
• Strategic Planning and Development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessments
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
