Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment efforts for digital marketing roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the needs of a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, conflict resolution, and career development.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with industry-specific regulations.
  • Foster a positive company culture that supports creativity, collaboration, and growth.
  • Qualifications:
3 to 4 yers of experience in human resources, preferably within a digital marketing or tech-focused company.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and associated talent needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in HR software and familiarity with industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,
  • 00 - 40,000.00 per month
