Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring that the company attracts top talent.
- Employee Relations: Build and maintain strong employee relationships, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement performance review processes, provide guidance to employees, and assist in career development plans.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Training and Development: Design and manage training programs to upskill employees and ensure their growth within the company.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee benefits and ensure competitive compensation packages.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
