Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at United Hospital in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional certification in HR is a plus
