The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administrative HR tasks. This role involves drafting offer letters, preparing employment contracts, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring the overall well-being of the workforce.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the entire hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and team building.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and create development plans for employees.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare and manage HR budgets, and handle other administrative HR tasks as required.
Attendance Management:
Record and monitor the attendance of employees.
Implement and manage attendance tracking systems to ensure accurate records and adherence to company policies.
Job Specifications:Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Must own a laptop for work purposes
