HR Skills & Experience
- Recruitment Expertise: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring an engaging and efficient candidate experience.
- HR Administration: Handle core HR operations, including maintaining employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving queries with compassion and fairness. Foster a positive, open-door culture across the team.
Organisational Savvy
- Process-Oriented Approach: Ensure HR operations are streamlined and efficient. Constantly look to improve processes to enhance the employee experience.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies that align with the company's values and legal requirements.
- Compliance Management: Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company guidelines, reducing risk while fostering a fair workplace.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR software, such as HRMS platforms, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality.
