Job Description

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Working Model: Onsite & Hybrid

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Budget: 6 LPA - 7LPA depending on experience

Experience: 2+ Years

We're seeking an HR Executive to join our people-first teamsomeone with a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and a desire to foster an engaging, high-performing workplace culture.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

People-Focused

  • Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with employees and leadership, acting as a resource and advocate for both the company and the team.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that support morale, recognition, and team-building, cultivating a supportive and engaging work environment.
  • Performance Management Support: Partner with management on performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and employee development planning.

HR Skills & Experience

  • Recruitment Expertise: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring an engaging and efficient candidate experience.
  • HR Administration: Handle core HR operations, including maintaining employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving queries with compassion and fairness. Foster a positive, open-door culture across the team.

Organisational Savvy

  • Process-Oriented Approach: Ensure HR operations are streamlined and efficient. Constantly look to improve processes to enhance the employee experience.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies that align with the company's values and legal requirements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company guidelines, reducing risk while fostering a fair workplace.

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software, such as HRMS platforms, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality.
