Objective :
We are seeking an adept Human Resources Manager with substantial experience in the FMCG, food and beverages, agriculture, or pharmaceutical industries to oversee comprehensive human resource functions at our Sonipat facility. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing workforce dynamics, enhancing employee engagement, and maintaining a high-performing work environment within these sectors. This role requires effective coordination with external recruitment agencies and internal teams to ensure streamlined recruitment processes and effective intra-organizational collaboration.
Core Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Direct the entire recruitment cycle including crafting job postings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates, with a focus on acquiring talent experienced in FMCG, food and beverages, agriculture, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies to source candidates effectively and meet staffing needs promptly, particularly in specialized roles pertinent to these industries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to comprehend and align recruitment efforts with the specific operational goals of these sectors.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary interface for employment-related inquiries, adept at navigating the specific labor relations challenges in the targeted industries.
- Develop and sustain a positive work environment, addressing any industry-specific issues swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Training and Development:
- Identify and address training needs specific to the operational processes and safety protocols relevant to FMCG, food and beverages, agriculture, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Evaluate and refine training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness and adherence to industry-specific standards.
Performance Management:
- Manage the performance evaluation process, ensuring that it supports both continuous improvement and operational efficiency in the targeted industries.
- Develop strategies to enhance performance that align with best practices and quality control standards typical of these sectors.
Employee Engagement:
- Implement employee engagement strategies that are effective within the fast-paced environments typical of FMCG, food and beverages, agriculture, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Organize activities and initiatives that promote team cohesion and a sense of belonging among workforce segments.
Decision Making:
- Make informed decisions that impact the human resources department and overall production efficiency, based on a deep understanding of the specific operational dynamics of these industries.
- Address complex HR issues with solutions that balance employee satisfaction with production goals.
Reporting and Administration:
- Generate detailed HR metrics reports focusing on areas critical to these industries, such as turnover rates in key production roles and the effectiveness of safety training.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and record-keeping practices that meet both internal standards and regulatory compliance requirements for these sectors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred, especially with a focus on industrial or manufacturing HR management.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with significant exposure to FMCG, food and beverages, agriculture, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing relationships in a diverse and dynamic industrial setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to oversee complex HR functions within these specific sectors.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a demanding environment driven by production and regulatory requirements.
Remuneration:
- Salary: Up to 15 Lakh per annum, contingent upon experience.

Working Hours:
- Standard hours from Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays off.
