funding from big investors for the roadmap to become a 500cr brand in next 5 years. The brand has more
than 1,00,000+ customers and serves across 32 major countries.

PROFILE OVERVIEW
This role involves overseeing all human resource functions and managing a team of 50-60 employees. The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support the company's business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement programs to enhance employee morale and retention.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and productivity.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans to employees to enhance their performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage the appraisal process.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
