This is a full-time on-site role of a Human Resources Manager at SkillCamper in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and cultivate a positive work culture.

• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in HR software and tools
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
