Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at Shree Bajrang Motors Pvt Ltd in Raigarh. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. The role involves managing and resolving employee issues, implementing HR programs, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee relations and conflicts
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in training and development
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
