The role is responsible for acquiring/recruiting Talent for our Hyderabad Operations. Focus on defining hiring needs as well as develop and implement cost-effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that yield excellent hire. Drive all search and hiring ahead of curve activities to achieve performance measures.
**Non IT Hiring in Facility Management
- Manage end-to-end recruiting process, including kickoff, posting, sourcing & pre-screen candidates, report, structure interviews and offer.
- Work with executive-level hiring manager to define hiring needs as well as develop and implement cost-effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that yield excellent hires.
- Develop & engage active / passive talent pool by creating brand impression on social media
- Participate in offer creation and negotiation with help of the HR manager.
- Providing communication on recruitment activity, information on market trends, advising best hiring practices, organization mapping and insights on key metrics.
- Build an executive talent pool for current and projected high priority openings.
- Review current staffing metrics and provide input for ways to improve.
- The role will also be responsible for other hiring metrics such as: time to accept, Time to present, cost per hire and others to be determined
