Job Description

Job Duties

  • Recruitment: Source, interview, and hire candidates with logistics backgrounds specific to 3PL and FTL.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all documents are verified, and new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
  • Records Maintenance: Maintain updated records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Attendance and Payroll: Oversee attendance tracking and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Employee Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Budget and Planning: Participate in budget preparation and planning for HR-related activities.
  • Administrative Work: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including expenses and travel reimbursements.
  • Performance Appraisal: Manage the performance appraisal system, including KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and oversee employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
