Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mohali district. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting training programs, and managing employee benefits and welfare.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Experience in HR policy development and implementation
• Understanding of performance management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
