Title: HR Manager

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree in HR is preferred
- Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with HRMS tools is must.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates. - Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and selection. - Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution. - Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives and programs. - Address and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Performance Management: - Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance. - Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues. - Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
