Qualifications and Requirements:

Master's in Human Resources (M.B.A. preferred).

Proven experience as an HR leader or in a similar senior HR management role.

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high

Performing teams.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion

Experience -

10+ years (Credit Rating & Banking experience is a must)

Responsibilities and Duties

As the HR Head, will play a crucial role in developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR Department operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

1. Strategic HR Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Work closely with senior management to identify needs and anticipate future workforce requirements.

Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. Develop effective sourcing strategies.

Implement onboarding programs and provide ongoing support for new hires.

Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and growth.

3. Compensation and Benefits:

Knowledge of labour laws, EPF/ESI compliances

Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.

Analyze market trends to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.

Develop and implement employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and

motivation.

4. HR Analytics and Reporting:

Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present HR Department reports to senior management, providing insights and

recommendations.
