Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact for employee queries on the tools and processes.
  • Own and automate the HR tools and processes used at PlaySimple Games.
  • Providing timely & accurate reports from the HR tools used internally.
  • Design and maintain SOPs and adhere to the policies, processes and practices.
  • Analyzing data points to notice trends and actionable insights.
  • Be the point of contact for insurance, benefits, onboarding etc.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on various people-centric inputs
  • Driving impactful engagements that are crucial in boosting employee morale & connects.

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

  • 6-8 years of experience in HR with at least 1-2 years of experience in a team handling role.
  • Functional knowledge of HR domains
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for details
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office.
  • To be able to deliver basis the needs of the stakeholder
  • Prior experience of having worked in a start-up or a fast-paced environment
  • High on Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
  • A person who enjoys challenges and is passionate about getting things done and getting ideas into reality.
  • Prior experience in driving engagements, and handling operations is a plus
