Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for employee queries on the tools and processes.
- Own and automate the HR tools and processes used at PlaySimple Games.
- Providing timely & accurate reports from the HR tools used internally.
- Design and maintain SOPs and adhere to the policies, processes and practices.
- Analyzing data points to notice trends and actionable insights.
- Be the point of contact for insurance, benefits, onboarding etc.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on various people-centric inputs
- Driving impactful engagements that are crucial in boosting employee morale & connects.
Requirements
Qualifications and skills:
- 6-8 years of experience in HR with at least 1-2 years of experience in a team handling role.
- Functional knowledge of HR domains
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for details
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office.
- To be able to deliver basis the needs of the stakeholder
- Prior experience of having worked in a start-up or a fast-paced environment
- High on Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
- A person who enjoys challenges and is passionate about getting things done and getting ideas into reality.
- Prior experience in driving engagements, and handling operations is a plus
