Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically for technology companies.
2+ years of experience managing HR functions, including payroll and benefits, within the Ahmedabad market.
2+ years of experience creating and maintaining a positive office culture, including organizing events and employee engagement initiatives.
Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as software engineers and project managers.
Strong understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
