Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at PedalStart in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Experience in performance management and training and development
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the startup industry is a plus

- Understand the importance of Culture of the organisation

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge and understanding of Compliances and Policies

- Understanding of compensation and benefits

- Open to work 6 days from Office
