This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at NUVVAGEN BIOSCIENCE (P) LTD in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations. This role will involve developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Recruitment, Training, and Performance Evaluation skills
• Employee Relations and HR policy development
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
