Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager at NCR Elites. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, policies, and programs. They will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sensitivity
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
• MBA in Human Resources
• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or operations role.
