Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role at Multi Credit Private Limited located in Patel Nagar, Delhi, India. As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the company's HR policies and practices. Your day-to-day tasks will include recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee benefits and compensation, developing and implementing HR policies, resolving employee conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
• Ability to manage and develop a team
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity and ethical standards
